I cannot say enough good things about Janalynn! She went WAY above and beyond to sell our house. We live in another state and could not make it back to Albuquerque often so she basically became our property manager and realtor at the same time. We had to make many updates to our house before putting it on the market and Janalynn met every vendor at our house, she picked out new carpet for us and had it installed, she found a landscaper and guided us on what to change and update in our yard (she even went to our house to water our new grass and plants). She supervised while our entire interior was repainted. She was our eyes and ears since we couldn't be there and we fully trusted every decision she made on our behalf. I've never seen such dedication and we've used many realtors in both New Mexico and Colorado. She even personally staged our empty house with lovely additions to make it more welcoming! Any email or text that I sent her was responded to within 5 minutes, regardless of the time of day or night. Once we received an offer, she guided us on the negotiating process and we were quickly under contract. She found us such great vendors for fixing the few items that needed to be addressed after the inspection and handled each one of them herself. Overall, Janalynn turned what should have been a stressful undertaking into a smooth and worry-free experience. You will find that she is the definition of a dedicated realtor! I feel like we owe her much more than the commission that she so deserved.

Where to begin, well Janalynn was appointed to us through the USAA banking institution and as soon as I was off the phone with them I received an email/call from her as she introduced herself and was very very interested in wanting to know what WE wanted in a house, and trust me, it was a LONG list of “demands.” I literally thought it was going to be impossible but that very same day she sent me a long list of homes that matched our wants/needs! Not once did it ever feel like she was just trying to make a sale off of us, she was very noligible with estimating mortgage payments so we knew exactly what we were getting into, so it never felt like we were doing it alone or even confused about anything. ANYTIME we had a question I could shoot her a text or email and I’d get a response immediately. I must also say she knew the strings with purchasing through a VA Home Loan, knew what to look for, what not to look for. Nearing the end of our closing date we had a few speed bumps come up and Janalynn was quick to getting us answers and helping us get things solved so we could close on time. I really really trusted her with our home buying experience and would HIGHLY recommend her to any family looking to purchase a home.

Janalynn is amazing. If you want an honest hardworking realtor I highly recommend her. She was my realtor in selling our house and also buying my next home. She went above and beyond any realtor I've ever used. After my dad passed away we chose Janalynn to be our realtor. She actually came over and helped us with staging our house so it would sell quickly. She did such a great job. the house went on the market on the 9th and the next day on the 10th our house was sold! During the 5 weeks before the closing date, I wanted to purchase another home, so I asked Janalynn to show me homes that met my criteria. She amazed me with her availability. She showed me so many houses, ( I am a little picky). As soon as a new house came on the market, the same day, she would call me up and we would go look at it.
